How can you charge so little for your products?
-
We purchase remainder or "hurt" items. Hurt is a book industry term and
does not mean the products are damaged but that they have been removed
from store shelves to make room for more current releases. Because books
cannot be returned to the publisher once they have been made available
for retail sale, book sellers are willing to set their prices at or below
what they originally paid. We purchase these items and simply pass the
savings on to you.

What is the quality of the items available from your site?

All of the products on ValueBIN.com are in mint condition. ValueBIN.com
does not sell damaged or used merchandise on our website.

Are any of your products damaged?
-
By the time we receive a product it has been processed several times and
sometimes a percentage of the stock we receive is damaged. However we do
not consider these damaged items to be part of ValueBIN.com's inventory.
If you are interested in purchasing damaged items you must e-mail us at
help@ValueBIN.com.

Please note: The industry standard for designating books as a remainder
is a 1 inch black mark across the under side of the book. This marking
is put there by the publisher to prevent return of this book. We will never
send out a used, "defective" or previously read book.

Do you have large or unlimited quantities of all of your merchandise?

No, we purchase the final inventory of an item and most of the time the
book or product is out of print or will no longer be manufactured. While
most of our products are in good supply please be advised that once our
quantity for a particular item is depleted we will remove it from the site.

Do you ever run out of inventory before the item gets removed from your
site?

We have designed this site as another way to make our products available
to you as inexpensively as possible. However, items may run out of our
inventory before we remove it from the site. If this happens, you will
not be charged for that item. We will make every attempt to locate the
item elsewhere or make it up to you through savings on an in stock item.

What type of payment do you accept?

We currently accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover Card as payment for items.

What are your shipping options, how much is it and do you ship internationally?

Based on the number of days you wish to have your product shipped, you
may choose from three shipping options. These options are made available
to you during the final stages of your order process.

Shipping charges are based upon the total weight of your order, the shipping
address and shipping method. To find out approximately how much it will cost

Yes! We use secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt all personal information
you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data
we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! When you are placing your order you will have a chance to gift wrap one or all of the
items on your order. In the order review screen look for the "gift wrap" link below each item
on the order. A charge of $3.49 per item will be added to your order for each item that is
wrapped seperately. If the whole order is wrapped together then the charge is $3.49 for the entire
order.

What is your guarantee and return policy?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee, however, for this to apply we must
be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.

If not satisfied with the condition or contents of any merchandise after
you receive it, you may contact us at help@ValueBIN.com.
We will resolve the situation to your satisfaction up to and including
a complete refund of the full purchase price.

The item must include the original packaging and accessories.

We can only refund the shipping charges if we made an error and the wrong
item was shipped.

Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip.
Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely. The return address
will be provided after we are contacted by you concerning the matter.

What is your privacy policy?
- At ValueBIN.com we are committed to protecting your privacy.
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address,
mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This
allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of
your orders status.
- We do not share this information with any third party organization
for any reason. When you enter your credit card information
it is approved by our connection with a national credit card
facility, and ValueBIN.com receives only the approval code and
never your card numbers. In this way your credit card data is safe
from any attempt at unauthorized access to our servers, because
we do not retain this information.

How do you handle mispriced merchandise?

ValueBIN.com offers several thousand items and we take every effort to
ensure that the text on the site relating to the prices and other information
is true and accurate. Unfortunately an occasional error may occur. Please
be advised that the prices are re-confirmed as part of the packing and
shipping process and if an error is detected, you will be charged the lesser
of the two prices.
